2. How to Order Samgyeopsal

In Korea, you can order pork belly as a serving, and you can choose the thickness of the slice depending on the restaurant. There are places where you grill meat yourself, but most of them are where you grill it yourself, so it can be a fun experience.

3. How to Eat Samgyeopsal

The most popular way to eat samgyeopsal is by wrapping the grilled pork in lettuce or perilla leaves with condiments. This is called "ssam."
